This looks like a legitimate warning to me.  You're importing games that are later chronologically than some unplayed games in the schedule file.  Are you sure you want to do this since the real-life transactions are in effect.

If you're replaying the season, you might be screwing up the lineups for subsequent games played in this database.  If you're not replaying the season, why are real-life transactions in effect?

There are several issues: 1) real life transaction aren't turned on, 2) we aren't replaying the season, 3) no one else in the league gets this warning, 4) I don't get this message if I play on a different computer (which is not always an option) 5) even if it was a "real warning" it's not really giving me any options - as I said the only option is to hit the OK button, which just closes the warning and puts me right back where I started before I tried to install the league database.

Note I also periodically received this message when playing DMB 9.  It is rare, but when I get this error message the only fix I have is to play from my work computer, which is a major nuisance.
