I bought v10 with the intent of eventually moving my centralized league to it, whenever the other league members had started to use it.  However, for a centralized league like ours there is very little advantage in v10.  The biggest improvements in v10 tended to be things that only matter to someone who gets to see the play-by-play.  Since games are autosimmed in most if not all centralized leagues, and since there is no way to preserve the pbp for later viewing as there is for boxscores and game accounts, the improved pbp is useless to someone who plays in centralized leagues like I do.

If there is any advantage to v10 for a centralized league, it is likely to be in the playing time management feature, which may or may not be useful to a particular league, depending on the league's usage rules and procedures.  If it turns out to be useful to our league when we make the transition to v10, that could be a huge improvement from the commissioner's viewpoint.
