Condensed version of some key rules, for those inquiring.... Overall, very non-cumbersome and easy to follow.

b. Players are restricted to 110% maximum usage unless they attained 600 or more real-life PA’s, in which case they have unrestricted maximum usage.  Any restricted player exceeding this limit will be immediately placed on the disabled list by the Commissioner and released at the end of the regular season / before the playoffs begin.

c. Players are restricted to 200% of their real-life PA’s vs each side (lefty & righty pitchers).  Any player exceeding either restriction will be immediately placed on the disabled list by the Commissioner and released at the end of the regular season / before the playoffs begin.

Draft
Determination of drafting order will be inverse order of the final standings. In case of ties, the team with the worse road record gets the better pick. Next tie breaker would be head to head, then a coin toss by the commissioner to break the tie. The first 8 picks in the odd rounds will be determined by a draft lottery. This will prevent teams from "sandbagging" in order to get the first pick the following year. The 8 teams with the lowest winning percentage will be put into a random draft to determine picks 1-8. If season totals result in teams that are tied in such a way that they finish in a tie for 8th and 9th (or 10th, etc.) Worst records, then both teams will be removed from the lottery and only the first 7 teams will be randomized, etc.

In-season Trading
Trades may also be made during two blocks of the season, the last block of June and the first block of July. These trades are subject to the same rules and restrictions as off-season trades, except that players involved in trades during the season are eligible for post-season play with their new teams. Players traded during the season are still subject to all usage restrictions (i.e., maximum and minimum usage – for combined teams).  Trades will take effect in the block following the block in which the trade is made.
