A Google search turned up nothing, and it doesn't look to me like b-ref's play index tool will let me search for single week records. Does anyone know a source or tool that will help me?

Don Demeter put up 4 HRs, and FIFTEEN RBI in 5 games in the first week of my 1965 replay, and I'm guessing that's close to an all-time record.
According to Yahoo AnswersL:
During an amazing one-week stretch in the spring of 1968 (May 12–18), Frank Howard of the Washington Senators hammered 10 home runs in 20 at bats, with at least one in six consecutive games. His 10 home runs are the most ever in a same week.

Since the record for most RBIs in a game is 12 by Jim Bottomley and Mark Whiten, I imagine that 15 is short of a record also.

Sorry to disappoint.
