I actually expected a bigger response than this, but....

The site is setup right now so anyone can login and run a draft. Each logged in user can only run one draft at a time.

So anyone wanting to test can sign in and create the draft with your league email address and users assigned to your teams. I've tested with all teams assigned to me with my email being the league address. The email address assigned to your login is currently not used for anything. You can fill in a bogus email if you like but I will probably add a feature to reset your password using emails.

So the process is
1. Create the league
a. Name, anything you want
b. League Email address, the address everyone in the league uses
c. Year, the year for the draft
d. # Rounds.  The number of rounds you will need to complete the draft. Too many is better than not enough.
e. # Players.   The number of players per team. Currently not limited in the draft
f. Hours per pick. The number of hours each user has reserved to make their pick. If this is set at 24 hours a user can take 24 hours before the next person picks. Once the user does pick the times are updated and the next user's 24 hours will start. Expired picks are available when ready.
g. # teams, number of teams in the league
h. Minimum Plate Appearance.   Min PA for a player to be included in the draft, computed on combined stats for the year for multi team players.
i. Minimum batters faced,   same as above.

2.Create the teams
a. assign a username to the team. must be a valid username on the site.
b. assign a team name. can be any name abbreviation.....

3. Assign the draft order for the teams.

4. Preload teams with "keepers" from a previous season if you need to.

5. Assign any traded draft picks.

6. Start the draft.

7. Browse player stats before making a selection. Sort by position, whip, AVG.  Browse other teams rosters. Browse previous draft choices.

8. Receive league emails when selections are made.
