Thanks! I realized I didn't include the total season stats, I'll add it next time I do some runs.

I purposefully set the limits extremely high (50%, which meant that as soon as a player hit 50% usage PTL adjustments kicked in), so that it would give me almost a set date to check for when PTL kicked in and at 50% splits the season in half, which also further aids in testing, since both the before and after periods are about the same length.

I did start checking a few players, but realized that it's such an incredibly small sample size that it wouldn't mean anything one way or the other. I'll try simming a bunch of seasons at a time later and see what happens.
